MEET LYSS

Hey peeps!

So, this is me guys! Makeup on, hair in a messy bun, living in my second skin (aka sweatpants and a sweatshirt.) I was originally going to have my amazing photographer friends take fabulous pictures of me around Cincinnati and post one of those here to fit in with the other fabulous bloggers I look up to. This was the plan until I thought, "That's just not me." I don't run around the city with a cute maxi dress and fabulous heels with amazing accessories. To be 100% real with you all, I am either in sweats or running around in mom jeans and sneakers, but that's just who I am and I wanted you all to see that from the start. Let me explain who I am to you in a nutshell.

I am an average senior in college about to graduate with my Bachelor degree in Marketing. I am a dog mom to my Beagle/Hound pup named Charlie whom I get a little too frustrated with sometimes, but I love unconditionally. I am also a daughter to my two amazing and infuriating parents whom I couldn't live a single day without. I am also an aunt to 7 (almost 8) nieces and nephews who I strive to be a role model for every day, but most likely fall short in doing so. I am also a friend who tries to do be there for every one all the time, but again I am only human and don't live up to that expectation a lot.

This is me peeps. I am an average, failing human, striving to be a confident, empowering, and unstoppable woman and this is my step in that direction. So, I hope you love it here in my little tiny corner of the Internet and I hope you not only find things to relate to, but you also find a community where you don't feel so alone!
